Day 9

This is what I have been working on for the past two days:

These are Raspberry Champagne Cupcakes with a Vanilla Buttercream Frosting and Raspberry Garnish, Snickerdoodle Cupcakes with a Cream Cheese Frosting and Cinnamon Sugar Topping, and Chocolate Espresso Cupcakes with Cocoa Powder Topping.  A special thanks to Ryan, the best husband ever for helping me scoop some batter into cupcake liners and doing such a beautiful job frosting the Snickerdoodles and laying on the cocoa powder!!

Even though, once again, I got home and immediately started baking I made sure to take our family photos before Tyler went to bed.  While up in the nursery Tyler was riding his horse and Ryan thought it was the perfect opportunity to snatch a few photos.  This is probably my favorite family photo yet:

Gosh, I love these two men.  I really am the luckiest.

Ryan just finished packing away 60 cupcakes for me to bring into work.  I work in an office of about 30 or so.  I think we have enough cupcakes.  I'm not sure how I'm going to bring them all in...I may be making many, many trips tomorrow morning.  Whatever I have left over will be going to Danny's Elevensies birthday party on Saturday!  Hooray for LOTR-themed parties!!

As I was saying earlier, Tyler was riding his horse and having the time of his life.  He managed to stop bouncing so that Daddy could take these super cute pictures:

My favorite is the last pictures.  His face is filled with pure joy and it's a smile I get to enjoy every single day.  He is the happiest baby ever!  It makes Mama the happiest Mama ever!

And please excuse the state of his nursery.  This Christmas Tyler received lots and lots of clothes, so many that Mama can't find enough room for everything.  We're going to have to do some more rearranging, storing clothes that don't fit him anymore (goodbye 12 month clothes, we'll pull you out for the next child someday...), and finding a "home" for everything else in his crowded nursery.  At 18 months old, he's got quite a lot of personal belongings.

Finally, I would like to apologize because this post is going to be picture heavy.  Here are the outtakes from our daily family photo shoot!

...A craving only hands can satisfy!
Good night world, I hope you all have sweet cupcake dreams!
